What are health related components?

These relate to general health and the body's ability to function. Aerobic capacity (cardiorespiratory endurance) is the ability to sustain activity using oxygen. Muscular strength is the maximum force a muscle can exert. Muscular endurance is the ability to repeat contractions over time.
What are matching tests to components?

Each component has standard tests. Aerobic capacity is measured by the multistage fitness (beep) test or a Cooper run. Muscular strength is measured by a one repetition maximum lift or a grip dynamometer. Flexibility is measured by the sit and reach test.
